The Olympic Palace hosted the first match of the Georgian "A" League Basketball semi-final playoff series, which pitted "Sokhumi-Georgia" against "Burji Telavi". Sokhumi won the match with a score of 90:79.
Ruslan Abashidze, Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, attended the basketball meeting.
